ARS of Ephrata deserves recognition for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. During two separate guest‑dosing attempts, their staff — including Brittany (the front desk supervisor) on both dates and the front desk team, I forget the guys name on the first attempt and Neshlian for the 2nd attempt — worked tirelessly for hours to help us, even when paperwork from our home clinic was repeatedly incorrect or incomplete. They communicated clearly, treated us with dignity, and never once made us feel like a burden. Their compassion stood out, especially compared to the difficulties we experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend ARS of Ephrata for anyone seeking respectful, patient‑centered care. Oh and their methadone tastes absolutely wonderful compared to Coatesville Comprehensive Treatment Center's Methadone. Ctc's methadone tastes so nasty and ARS of Ephrata's methadone taste fresh and the best I have ever had. My husband and friend also agree.

This is truly the nicest clinic I’ve ever stepped into. I wasn’t even a regular patient — just a guest — yet I was treated with a level of kindness and humanity that I honestly wasn’t expecting. Neshlian at the front desk made an incredible difference for me. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care stood out immediately. She didn’t just do her job; she went out of her way to help me. She called my clinic when they failed to send the paperwork, and when she overheard how my counselor spoke to me on speakerphone, she offered words of encouragement that I really needed in that moment. I was embarrassed and upset, but her compassion made me feel seen, respected, and human again. Her energy lifted me up when I felt small. Brittany also went above and beyond, and I want to thank her just as deeply. Both of you — and everyone else at the clinic — made a meaningful impact on me. Your kindness changed my entire day, and I won’t forget it. Thank you, truly, for treating me with such care.

This clinic is definitely the best of all the clinics in the area . Yes sometimes you have to wait and yes sometimes they are short staff but that is any place from fast food to hospitals and any other job..The counselors are caring and really want to make people make the change in their lives that they need so badly. The nurses and lady at the front-end are just as great. They want to make a difference in people's lives and really make an effort at listening and stepping out the box that other clinic don't do. They genuinely want to help people and make the changes that do so.

Excellent facility. Patients are treated as equals; there is no condescension or patronizing to be found. The doctor is competent, personable, and takes the time necessary to perform a proper assessment. The employees, to a person, are very positive, polite, knowledgeable, and actually seem like they want to be there. There seems to be genuine empathy and a desire to help with whatever issues come up, which can't be easy to do day after day, especially considering the isolated erratic situations that must arise. Something I've noticed is that most of the staff have unique personalities (as we all do, of course), but the point is that they're not afraid to show it and to "be themselves." The place isn't so buttoned town that it feels clinical. Nor does it feel like having to go to the DMV every single day, both characteristics of clinics with apathetic employees who don't go the extra mile. Clearly, the employees here go the extra mile, because somehow this place feels inviting and I don't dread walking through the doors every day. The best facility in the area by a mile.

One of the best places to find yourself with the help and support of not only the counselors but from all the staff. Very helpful with all things recovery plus the other things that come along with it.. Very perfessional at the same time truly caring and supportive staff.. I really have to say that ARS has given me my life back & have helped me through some of the most difficult times I've had to face by i never felt alone they have always made me feel that they are in my corner and have showed it as well.. I would recommend this Recovery Center to anyone struggling with addiction... Thank You again going on a Lil over 10 yrs here & have not touched my DOC.

I've had a totally positive experience here. No issues. My counselor Stephanie is great. Occasionally there is miscommunication but what business does not struggle with that. Friendly staff and quick service typically. Clients don't loiter and sell drugs like other clinics I have been to in years past.
